摘要
目的 :探讨高压氧 (HBO)对不同牙周袋深度 (PD)的牙周炎患者牙周各临床指标和袋内厌氧菌的作用 ,为HBO的临床应用提供依据。方法 :选 2 0例牙周炎患者 ,用HBO治疗 ,常规方法测定不同牙周袋深度患牙各临床参数的变化 ;厌氧培养并计数观察治疗前后的袋底厌氧菌变化。结果 :治疗前后PD≥ 6mm组 (C组 )各临床参数的改变幅度与PD <4mm组 (A组 )和 4mm≤PD <6mm组 (B组 )比均有显著性差异 ,A组和B组的改变幅度明显大于C组。HBO对牙龈指数和牙龈出血指数的改变幅度最大 ,对牙石指数改变最小 ;HBO治疗前后各组龈下厌氧菌比值三组均有非常显著性差异 ,对A组的作用明显大于B和C组 ,对B组的作用明显大于C组。结论 :HBO对不同牙周袋深度的牙周炎患者的作用不同。可能与HBO到达袋底的多少和对袋底厌氧菌的抑制作用不同有关。
AIM: To study the effect of HBO on periodontal indices and subgingival anaerobes in pocket bottom of human periodontitis with different pocket depth to provide evidence for HBO to use in clinic. METHODS: 20 cases periodontitis were exposed to HBO, different periodontal clinical indices of 438 teeth were measured and subgingival anaerobes changes in pocket bottom were observed. RESULTS: The clinical indices and anaerobes changing in pocket bottom of HBO on all three groups of different pocket depth were different. The clinical indices changing of group A and group B after exposure were bigger than that of group C. The changes of GI and SBI were bigger than others, and CI change was the smallest clinical index. There were more significant differences of subgingival anaerobes ratio between each of group A, group B and group C. CONCLUSION: There were different effects of HBO on periodontitis with different pocket depth. The reason was more related to the concentration of HBO entering to pocket bottom and its inhibit effect on subgingival anaerobes in periodontal pocket bottom. [<ekeyword><
