摘要
餐饮业油烟污染已成为城市环境污染的一大公害 ,关于油烟污染的投诉近年来有逐步上升趋势。而目前 ,国家尚未制定出油烟的规范测试方法。本文根据实际工作经验 ,摸索出了用紫外分光光度法来测定烟道气中的油烟 ,该方法简易、可行 ,符合有关质控要求。
