摘要
基于污染危害率概念,提出了大气环境质量评价的污染危害指数计算公式和新的因子赋权法.指出用污染物的浓度相对值代替其监测值,公式中的参数可认为不随污染物种类和数目而改变.采用遗传算法对公式中的参数进行优化,得到了适用于多种污染物的大气质量评价的污染危害指数计算公式应用该公式对实例评价的结果与用其他多种方法评价结果进行了比较结果表明,该公式用于大气环境质量评价的物理意义明确、普适性强、计算简单、使用方便.
Based on the concept of rate of pollution harm, an index calculative formula of pollution harm for the assessment of atmospheric environment quality and a new factors weighting mothod were proposed. It was indicated that the parameters in the formula were universal parameters independent of the numbers and kinds of pollutants, as the relative values of pollutants concentration were used instead of the monitoring values. The index formula of pollution harm for atmospheric quality assessment suitable to multi-pollutant was derived by using genetic algorithm to optimize the parameters in the formula. The results of case assessment using this formula were compared with the results using many other assessment methods, showing that application of this formula in the assessment of atmospheric environment quality possesses clear physical meaning, strong generality, simple calculation and convenient use.
