摘要
本文基于女教师在教师队伍中占有相当比例这个基本事实,提出女教师的培养在高校师资队伍建设中重要的现实意义和长远意义,并就如何认识女教师的特点、妨碍女教师成才的主客观因素以及在实践中加强对女教师的培养等提出了见解。
The thesis suggests that trainig women teachers is very importent to improve the quality of college teachers according to the basic fact that many teachers are women in college. It studies on how to understand the characteristics of the women teachers, the subjective and objective factors of obstructing women teachers and to strengthen to train women teachers in our practice.
