摘要
筛选出了适合汉麻纤维高温染色的还原染料,分别为还原黄G、还原大红GG和还原橄榄绿B。试验发现,还原黄G和大红GG在100℃、还原橄榄绿B在120℃染色后织物具有很好的匀透性;还原黄G、还原大红GG和还原橄榄绿B较优工艺条件分别是:染料用量均为6%,染色温度分别为100、100、120℃,保温时间均为10 min,保险粉用量分别为40、40、30 g/L,NaOH用量分别在15～20 g/L、20～30 g/L和25～35g/L;经这3种还原染料染色后,汉麻纤维织物能达到较高的K/S值和匀透性;并且除还原大红GG的耐湿摩擦色牢度偏小外,其他色牢度以及还原黄G和还原橄榄绿B的各项色牢度均较好。
C.I.Vat Yellow 1, C.I.Vat Red 14 and C.I.Vat Green 3 are suitable for hemp fabric high temperature dyeing by vat dyes. It is found that hemp fabric have good uniformly permeability when dyed by C.I.Vat Yellow 1 and C.I.Vat Red 14 at 100℃, and by C.I.Vat Green 3 at 120 ~C. The optimum dyeing conditions for this three vat dyes are： dyeing dosage 6%, dyeing temperature 100,100,120℃, holding time 10 min, sodium hydrosulfite dosage 40,40,30 g/L, NaOH dosage 15-20 g/L,20-30 g/L and 25-35 g/L. After being dyed by these three vat dyes respectively, hemp fabric have high K/S value, uniform permneability and good color fastness only except for wet rub fastness of C.I.Vat Red 14.
