摘要 [目的 ]掌握饮用天然矿泉水水源淡水藻类污染现状。 [方法 ]对 74个灌装厂家的 77处饮用天然矿泉水水源采样调查。 [结果 ]在 77份样品中有 4 0份 ( 5 1.95 % )检出淡水藻类。蓝藻、绿藻及硅藻发现频率较高 ,另外还有黄藻及裸藻。检出的 2 5个藻属中 ,聚球藻、小球藻占优势 ,绿球藻、栅藻、颤藻、组囊藻和舟形藻等也较常见。藻类检出与水源菌落总数、大肠菌群无显著相关性。 [结论 To understand the pollution of freshwater algae in natural mineral water sources for drinking Sampling was carried out in 77 natural mineral water sources supplying water for 74 manufactories of bottled mineral water Freshwater algae was found in 40 water samples (51 95%) of the total 77 water samples Chloraphyta,Cyanophyta and Bacillariophyta revealed higher detected rates,as well as Xanthophyta and Euglenophyta Among 25 detected algae genera, Syne chococcus and Chlorella were the dominant algae genera,as well as Chlorococcum,Scenedesmus,Oscillatoria anacystis and Naicula were commonly detectable genera No correlations were observed between the detected rates of algae and the total count of bacteria,total coliform of source water [Conclusion]The pollution of natural mineral water source by algae might be the main factor resulting in the pollution of algae in bottled mineral water
