摘要
作者报告了吉林、黑龙江省大骨节病患区居民口粮中氨基酸测定结果,并讨论了与发病的关系。作者认为,患区玉米和小麦中组、赖、苏、缬、异亮、亮(构成比高)、天门冬、谷、丝等氨基酸含量都明显低于非患区。它们可能与软骨细胞和软骨基质受到损害,蛋白多糖(包括氨基多糖)胶原合成受影响有关,从而妨碍了软骨和骨的正常生长。
Amino acid contents in grains of Kaschin-Beck diseased areas in Jilin and Heilongjiang Provinces were determined.The contents of lysine, threonine, va-line, isoleucine, leucine, aspartic acid and serine in corn and wheat were decreased significantly in the diseased groups,when compared with the non-diseased groups.The deficiency situation could not be corrected for quite a long time, and would influence the synthesis of proteoglycan, aminoglycan and collagen in chondrocytes, leading to damage of cartilage matrix and inhibition of normal growth of the bones.Thus, it is suggested that rice, wheat, corn and bean should be combined in proper proportions in order to prevent the disease.
