摘要
对柔性石墨金属波齿复合垫片的结构参数和力学性能的关系进行了较系统的试验研究，结果表明采用不锈钢为骨架，齿距在3～5mm，柔性石墨密度在1．1g／cm3左右，柔性石墨覆层厚度在1．3mm左右的复合垫片具有较好的力学性能。
An experimental investigation was made of the relation between the strueture parameters and the mechanical performance of the flexible graphite corrugate gaskets with metal frame.The result shows that the compound gaskets had good mechanicl performance when the frame was made of stainless steel,the tooth distance was3 ~ 5 mm, the density of the flexible graphite was about 1.1g/cm3, the thickness of the coated layer of the flexible graphite was 1. 3mm.
