摘要
针对我国对外直接投资中普遍存在的情报服务缺失等问题,在总结国内外情报失察理论研究现状的基础上,简要论述了情报失察的基本概念、研究方法以及导致情报失察的因素,并就昆钢股份(KISS)公司在"走出去"过程中情报失察的案例进行实证研究,深入分析了国家、组织和个体3个层面因素对企业竞争情报工作的影响。
In view of issues of intelligence service failure in China＇s foreign direct investment, the paper sums up the researches of theory of intelligence failure, briefly discusses the basic concept, analysis method and causes of intelligence failure. Then it does an empirical study on the intelligence failure of Kunming Iron and Steel Shares （ KISS ） in the “going out”process. In addition, it analyses influencial factors at the level of country, organization and individual on enterprises＇ competitive intelligence work.
