摘要
在市场经济全球化背景下,中国电力勘测设计企业要创建国际型工程公司,在全球电力行业工程总承包市场竞争中占据优势,必须掌握国际通行的工程总承包管理模式,具备更高层次的管理水平和能力。本文根据电力勘测设计企业总承包业务现状、管理模式及华北电力设计院工程有限公司(以下简称公司或我公司)开展总承包业务的经验,提出了"PMC"总承包模式将是未来电力勘测设计企业总承包业务发展主要方向。
In the situation of globalization of market-directed economy, China＇s electric survey and design enterprises must be reformed into the international engineering companies to have superiority for competition of EPC contracting in the global power industry market, adopt the internationally accepted EPC management mode and get higher management level and ability. The PMC mode proposed in the article on the basis of EPC business situation, management style of electric survey and design enterprises, as well as experiences of North China Power Engineering Co., Ltd. （refers NCPE below） is the primary development trend for EPC business of the electric survey and design enterprises.
