摘要
新型农村合作医疗制度是解决农民看病难问题的一项重大举措。通过住院结算系统改造,提高了农合管理中心和医院的工作效率,方便农合患者结算,改善医疗服务水平,具有良好的社会效益。
The new rural cooperative medical care system is a major initiative for farmers to solve the medical treatment problem. Through hospitalization settlement system transformation, it improves the efficiency of rural cooperative management centers and hospitals, facilitates rural cooperative patients settlement, enhances the level of medical services, has good social efficiency.
