摘要
鉴于珠三角区域公路收费年票制存在诸多问题和困难,针对年票制债务、收费标准、站点设置、高速公路代收路费及经营性公路回购等问题,对珠三角实行区域年票制的影响逐一分析,并提出了解决问题的方案。
As the yearly ticket system in Pearl River Delta region has many problems and difficulties, this paper analyzes the influences on annual ticket system of the Pearl River Delta one by one, from yearly ticket sys- tem in debt, charge standard, toll station location, expressway toll collection, operating highway repurchase and other issues, and propose solutions to the problems.
