摘要
政府的环境信息公开不仅是政府环境管理基本的条件,而且是公众参与环境保护的重要前提条件。我国政府环境信息公开取得了较好的成效,但从环境信息公开的实效分析,部分问题仍然存在。借鉴美国及欧盟政府等环境信息公开经验,结合国际改革发展的进程和未来趋势,基于治理的理论分析,提出了完善政府环境信息公开的对策。
The government＇s environmental information disclosure is not only the government environmental management basic conditions, and public participation in environmental protection is the important premise condition.Our country＇s government environmental information public to obtain better result, but from the environment information publicity effect analysis, some problems still exist.Draw lessons from the United States and European government environmental information disclosure experience, combined with the international reform the progress of development and future trends, based on theoretical analysis, put forward to perfect the countermeasure of government environmental information disclosure.
