摘要
随着社会的发展、科技的进步、现代化程度的提高,现代建筑功能越来越齐全完善,建筑中的配套设计越来越复杂,机电类的管线量越来越大.在设计过程中常由于设计师之间的沟通及相互考虑不足产生大量管线交叉碰撞,给施工带来了很大的困难.同时,降低层高是减少工程造价、充分高效地利用建筑空间的一种有效措施.国家建设部门大力推广的建筑业10项新技术中,管线综合平衡技术就是其中重要一项.如何做好管线综合平衡,更加高效地利用有限的建筑空间成为现代建筑中的一项重要课题.山东省第23届运动会综合指挥中心工程通过使用专业的Magicad软件成功解决了管线综合平衡问题,有效排除了管线碰撞,并结合本工程的施工经验总结了一套有效地解决大型公共建筑管线综合平衡的方法.
