摘要
本文通过中医药"三进"项目的实施,介绍取得的成效,总结保障措施。主要成效有验证和推广中医适宜技术、提高农村社区卫生服务人员的中医药防治技能、向广大群众普及中医药知识。主要保障措施有做好宣传、选好技术、调动各方面的积极性、结合常见病防治做好推广工作、组织质量追踪。
In this paper, the approaches to promoting traditional Chinese medical service into villages, communities, and families were introduced, including achievements and safeguard measures. The main achievements included testi- fying and providing suitable traditional Chinese medical techniques, improving traditional Chinese medical prevention and treatment skills of health service members in rural areas and communities, and popularizing traditional Chinese medical knowledge. The primary safeguard measures are applied, which including propaganda, selecting suitable skill, mobilization, doing the promotion combined with various aspects of prevention and treatment of common diseases, and quality tracking.
