摘要
ESD防护涉及产品的设计、制造、采购、包装、存储、运输、取放、使用、维修和操作等全过程,是一项要求高、环节多、领域宽的系统工程,传统的管理模式很难有效实现ESD防护管理。本文基于PDCA循环原理,采用管理体系管理思想,提出了一套系统、适时、动态、高效的ESD防护管理模式,并从PDCA原理人手深入阐述了ESD防护管理的精要。
ESD protection involves the design, manufacturing, procurement, packaging, storage, transportation, pick and place, use, maintenance and operation of the whole process, it is a systems engineering for high demand, many links and wide-ranging, the traditional management model is difficult to effectively achieve ESD protection management. Based on the principle of PDCA cycle management and using system management thinking, is a system, timely, dynamic, efficient ESD protection management mode, this paper elaborates the essence of the ESD protection management starting from the PDCA principle.
