摘要
本文介绍一种从猪胰提取、纯化激肽释放酶简易方法,所得酶纯度112μ/mg,得率79.5%.
This paper describes a siarple method for extraction and purification of Kallikrein from pig pancrease, The purity of the enzyme sare 112μ/mg and the total yield is about 79.5%.The operating procedue is easy and can be carried out on the scale-up experimant.
