摘要
为直观展示某区域船舶运力富余状况,提出统计该区域搁置船舶的数学模型。该模型首先从AIS数据中提取当前时刻速度小于搁置船速的统计区域船舶,然后累计船舶上述状态持续时间,最后从中判断出搁置船舶,并对搁置船舶进行分类统计。实验结果表明,搁置船舶的统计结果能直观地反映特定区域搁置一段时间的各种船型的数量和吨位及其变化趋势,为船公司、港口以及货主等了解特定区域航运运力情况提供了一种新的方式。
An algorithm to digging out shelved ships is established to clearly demonstrate the situation of surplus shipping capacity in a certain region.The algorithm,within the statistical region,detects the ships,running in speed which is lower than the shelved ship speed,according to the AIS data,and accumulates the low speed time.The shelved ships are determined on the basis of the statistics and grouped according to ship types.Experimental results show that the statistical results can directly reflect the numbers and tonnages of all kinds of shelved ships and the trend of development in the specified region for shipping companies to learn the situation of surplus shipping capacity.
