回转窑煤粉燃烧器推力的分析和计算

摘要 燃烧器将煤粉喷射到窑内燃烧,只有火焰形状合理,才能满足窑内的温度分布符合物料在各段进行反应所需要的温度。要获得合理的火焰形状,就必须有足够的能量支撑。目前,国内外对这种能量的表示方法基本上有三种:一是能量表示法或称"动能表示法",二是单位热量推力表示法,三是相对推力表示法,以最后一种最直观,最简便。煤粉燃烧器的推力,不管用什么方法表达,只是具体数值不同,而其实质是相同的。燃烧器的推力不宜过大,关键在够用。 When the burner sprays coal powder into kiln, the reasonable flame shape plays an important role for suitable temperature distribution, which can meet the requirement of different material reaction temperature. For obtaining the reasonable flame shape, sufficient energy support is a must. At present, expression method to this energy consists basically in three ways home and abroad: the first is energy expression or called as 'kinetic energy expression', the second is thrusting force expression based on unit heat energy, and the third is relative thrusting force expression. The last expression is the most simple and direct one. No matter which one will be used,it is only differed in value, but the same nature in essence. The thrusting force from burner should not too big, while enough for use is the key point.
