摘要
从建设项目的中心工作内容入手,针对造价工程师在投资控制中的地位和作用进行了探讨,分别阐述了造价工程师在设计、招投标、施工及竣工结算四阶段的投资控制措施及工作重点,以确保建设项目的质量、工期、投资目标得到有机统一。
From the central work contents of construction project, this paper discussed the position and role of cost engineers in investment con- trol, respectively elaborated the investment control measures and priorities of cost engineers in design, bidding, construction and completion set- tlement four stages, in order to ensure the organic uniform of quality, project time limit, investment objective of construction project.
