摘要
在经典算法的基础上,结合分水岭算法检测细胞图像边缘,然后对处理过的图像使用Canny算子实现边缘检测。对梯度图像进行阈值处理才能有效地抑制噪声污染,提高边缘检测的质量,为医学细胞的分析及诊断等提供更为有利的决策信息。
The paper does edge-detection of medical cell pictures with Canny operator by combiningm the classical algorithm and watershed algorithm. If the gradient pictures are treated by threshoht.it can hold noise back efficiently and improve the effect of edge-processing. And it can also provide more ideas for the analysis and diagnosis of medical cells.
