46，XY，fra（16）（q22）嵌合体一例

摘要患者男，汉族，31岁。身高173cm，体重90kg。其妻怀孕2次，均在孕7周左右胚胎发育停滞而流产，于2011年9月来我院就诊。精液常规检查精子数量、活动率及活力等指标均正常。患者全血分析、生化、免疫、B超、心电图、影像等常规检查均正常。其妻抗精子抗体阴性，封闭抗体阴性。
