摘要
研究了覆膜滤料用PTFE微孔薄膜生产过程中对横拉部分放卷机的张力控制。建立了张力控制的数学模型,对张力调节原理和张力控制系统进行研究。经过理论分析和应用实例验证,实际激磁电流最大值低于磁粉制动器额定激磁电流,试验型号的磁粉制动器适用于PTFE微孔薄膜生产过程中横拉放卷的张力控制。
The tension control for the unwinder in the transverse stretching section in the production of porous PTFE membrane used as filter media is presented here.A mathematical model on tension control was established to study the tension control principle and the tension control system.The theoretic analysis and application example demonstrated that the maximum actual exciting current was lower than the rated exciting current of the magnetic particle brake,and the type of magnetic particle brake used in the test was suitable for the unwinding tension control for the transverse stretching operation in the production of porous PTFE membrane.
