摘要
校企合作、工学结合是职业教育的本质特征。本文以无锡旅游商贸高等职业技术学校为例,围绕"资源共享、人才共育、成果共有"的校企合作建设思路,通过人才培养、师资建设、技术服务、基地建设等手段,促进校企之间建立长效的合作机制。
Cooperation between eolteges and enterprises is the essence of vocational education. To establish a long-term school-enteqorise cooperation mechanism, taking Wuxi tIigher Vocational School of Tourism and Commerce for an Example, this paper proposes a school-enterprise cooperation idea, ＂the sharing of resources, talent education and the results＂, hy means of personnel training, teachers construction, technical services, and basis construction.
