摘要
以山东理工大学建设calis虚拟示范馆为例,论述了数字环境下普通院校参考咨询馆员需具备的素质,以及提高参考咨询馆员服务水平的策略。以满足用户不断增长的个性化信息需求,为学校的教学与科研服务。
This paper,with CALIS virtual demonstration construction in Shandong University of Technology as an example,discusses the must-have-quality in this digital environment university reference librarians,and the strategy to improve the service art of reference librarians so to satisfy the consumers' growing personalized information needs and the overall teaching and research services as well.
