摘要
目的:探讨大学生成就动机与一般自我效能感之间的关系。方法:采用《一般自我效能感量表》(GSES)和《成就动机量表》(AMS)对239名大学生进行了测量。结果:大学生成就动机避免失败动机年级差异显著与追求成功性别差异显著(P<0.05);大学生一般自我效能感的性别差异与年级差异不显著(P>0.05)。大学生成就动机各因子及一般自我效能感的文理科、是否是独生子女、家庭所在地、家庭经济情况差异都不显著(P>0.05)。结论:成就动机与一般自我效能感存在关系。
Objective：To explore the relationship between achievement motivation and general self-efficacy of college students.Method：239 college students were tested by GSES and AMS.Results：Students achievement motivation to avoid failure motive grade significantly with the successful pursuit of significant gender differences.there are no significant gender differernce in Achievement Motivation between sex and grade（P0.05）.Students achievement motivation factor and the general sense of self-efficacy,science,it is the only child,the family seat and the family economic situation differences are not significant.Conclusion：General self-efficacy correlates with achievement motivation closely.
