摘要
目的:探讨持续牵引法矫正乳头内陷的方法及各环节的注意要点。方法:应用自制矫正器钢丝十字交叉法治疗乳头内陷32例,持续牵引3～6个月。观察手术过程的各个环节对手术效果的影响及并发症的发生。结果:32例患者60只乳头拆除矫正器后,随访12个月,牵出乳头外形良好,感觉、勃起功能俱佳,乳头未见回缩,疗效满意。结论:持续牵引矫正乳头内陷的方法,只要应用得当,注意要点,是矫正各种类型乳头内陷的有效方法之一。
Objective To investigate the method of continuous traction for inverted nipple and the principles we should note. Methods 32 patients of inverted nipple were applied continuous traction with self made wire tractor for 3 to 6 months. The result of treatment and comptication were observed. Results 60 tractor of 32 patients were removed and 12 months follow-up was applied. Good shape, feeling and erectile function was acquired, no nipple re-inversion appeared. Conclusion Continuous traction was a good method for all the types of nipple inversion.
