摘要
子宫内膜异位症(EMs)是一类常见却复杂多样的妇科良性疾病,严重地影响妇女的健康和生活质量。改良的美国生育协会EMs分期评分法(r-AFS)是近30年来世界范围内应用最广泛的EMs分期系统,但其评分具有随机性和主观性。ENZIAN系统一定程度补充了r-AFS在深部浸润型EMs(DIE)评价上的不足。EMs生育指数(EFI)可预测合并不孕的EMs患者手术后的非体外受精(non-IVF)生育结局。新的姚氏分型将子宫直肠陷凹病变作为基本病变之根本所在,通过标准化的记录分析系统,反映疾病的整体病变范围,有利于规范化分析临床表现与分期、分型之间的关系,对患者的治疗采取标准的手术范围。
Endometriosis is a kind of common gynecologic disease,which is benign but intricate. The revised American Fertility Society (rAFS) classification system has historically beenthe only classification system and the most widely used staging system. Recently,the ENZIAN classification system,developed as an adjunct to the rAFS to describe deeply infiltrating endometriosis (DIE) and the involvement of other organs has been introduced. More recently, the Endometriosis Fertility Index (EFI) that has been validated to predict non-IVF pregnancy rates in infertility patients following surgical diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis was published. YAO Classification is a novel system that based on laparoscopic exploration and pathology. YAO Classification is better at standardizingdescription, documentation, and analysis of endometriosis, especially DIE.
