摘要
知识产权法教学中,应根据法学专业与非法学专业学生的不同特征和需要设定教学目标,根据知识产权法的学科特点确定针对不同对象的教学侧重点。教师应重视学生深度参与的需要、担任亲自探索和引导探索的角色,以塑造精神气质与培养专业人格为理念,采用兼顾内容专业性与传授生动性的教学方法。知识产权普及教育中应注意发掘不同专业学生的潜在优势,教师应储备司法实务知识增强课程的吸引力。重视互动、举办活动是有益的创新尝试。
the teaching object of the Intellectual Law should be set according to the different characteristics and needs of the students from the law major and the other majors.Different keynotes should be conveyed to different recipients in accordance with the IP Law's features.Teachers should pay attention to the students' need of participation,the teachers' role is exploration guiding and research navigation.The teaching ideology focuses on the shaping of spiritual temperament and the professional personality,giving consideration to both specialty and vitality are important method.Teaching for the non-law students,teachers can help the students to exert their own competition advantage.Providing more practical information will make the course more attractive.Interaction and activities will be fruitful.
