棘白霉素类抗真菌药治疗深部真菌感染的临床应用进展 被引量：2

摘要 棘白霉素类药物是一类新型抗真菌药,其作用于真菌细胞壁,对假丝酵母菌属及曲霉菌属均有效,使用安全性高。随着近年来广谱抗生素、免疫抑制剂的过多使用,深部真菌感染发生率随之增加,棘白霉素类抗真菌药作为假丝酵母菌菌血症和侵入性假丝酵母菌病的临床一线用药,获得越来越多的关注和应用。本文综述了近年来棘白霉素类抗真菌药在治疗深部真菌感染的临床应用研究方面的进展。
