摘要
以聚四亚甲基醚二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、氨基硅油为主要原料,合成了氨基硅油改性水性聚氨酯乳液.采用红外光谱(FTIR)确认了聚合物的结构;通过接触角、耐水实验测试了聚合物拒水、耐水性能;采用氨基硅油改性水性聚氨酯乳液对羊绒针织物进行整理,测试了羊绒织物的抗起毛起球性能.结果表明,随着氨基硅油接入量的提高,聚氨酯涂膜的耐水、拒水等性能得到提高.经整理的羊绒针织物抗起毛起球性提高了1~2级,羊绒织物的柔软性不受影响.
With Poly-(tetra methylene ether glycol), propionic acid (DMPA), and amino-modified silicone aqueous polyurethane emulsion was synthesized. The isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), 2, 2-dimethylol oil as the main materials, amino silicone modified structure of the polymer was confirmed by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) the water repellent and resistance of the polymer were tested via the contact angle and the water resistance tests the anti-fuzzing and pilling performance of cashmere knitting fabrics finished with amino silicone modified waterborne polyurethane emulsion was tested. The results show that the water-resistant and repellent performances of the polyurethane coating were in- creased with the improvement of the amount of the amino silicone~ without affecting the softness of cash- mere fabrics, its anti-fuzzing and pilling property was improved 1-2 level.
