摘要
在讨论了压力传感器非线性输出误差分布规律的基础上 ,提出了压力传感器输出的一种新的非线性补偿方法 ,介绍了误差修正即补偿因子中三个基本参量 (A、ω、 )的取值方法。通过对两个压力传感器实际输出数据的补偿 ,使其线性度分别由补偿前的 1 .89%、2 .0 6%降低为补偿后的 0 .69%、0 .3 3 %。
On the basis of discussion of errir distribution of non linearity output of pressure sensors, this paper presents a new non linearity compensation method of pressure sensors. Also, it introduces the taking value method for three basic parameters (A、ω、φ) in error modification, i.e. compensation factors. Through the compensation of realistic output data of two pressure sensors, the non linearity degrees are reduced from 2.01% and 2.06% prior to the compensation to 0.69% and 0.33% posterior to the compensation respectively.
