摘要
利用拉曼光谱法(Raman)、傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)、热重分析(TGA)和能量分散X-射线荧光光谱法(EDXRF)对一种丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)合金材料样品进行了检测。拉曼光谱分析结果表明,该样品为聚氯乙烯(PVC)/ABS合金,其中含有碳酸钙(CaCO3)填料和阻燃剂三氧化二锑(Sb2O3);而FTIR、TGA和EDXRF测试的结果进一步证明了PVC、CaCO3和Sb2O3的存在;此外,EDXRF检测结果还显示,样品中可能存在溴代阻燃剂。
A kind of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene alloy (ABS) was characterized by Raman spectrum, Fourier transform infrared spectrum (FTIR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence analysis (EDXRF). Raman spectrum indicated that, the main components of the alloy are polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and ABS, and the main additives are calcium carbonate (CaCO3) and antimony trioxide (Sb203). This speculation has also been supported by FTIR, TGA and EDXRF spectrum. Additionally, EDXRF spectrum shows the alloy may contain brominated flame retardants.
