摘要
为了考察生物接触氧化/超滤膜组合工艺在污水再生处理中的工程适应性,通过工艺运行期间的跟踪试验,考察并确立系统最佳工况,重点分析对有机物和氨氮的去除效果,并对该中水回用工程的经济效益与环境效益作出评价。研究发现:系统对污水中有机物与氨氮的去除高效稳定,平均去除率分别为92.37%与89.40%,且出水水质达到杂用水水质标准。此外,单位水处理成本为2.05元/m3,比传统活性污泥法、三级生化处理中水回用工艺的单位成本低。
The applicability of biological contact oxidation/ultrafiltration membrane process in wastewater reuse treatment was investigated. The optimum operating parameters were determined by the tracking test during the operation period. The removal efficiencies of organic matter and ammonia nitrogen were analyzed, and the economic and environmental benefits of the reclaimed water reuse project were evaluated. The removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen were 92.37% and 89.40% respectively, and the effluent quality met the domestic miscellaneous water quality standard. The unit cost of the wastewater treatment process was 2.05 yuan/m3 , which was lower than that of conventional activated sludge process and tertiary biochemical process.
