摘要
通过对带表卡尺结构、原理的简介，针对表卡误差的来源进行了分析，指出了因磨损造成的示值误差和非磨损造成示值误差产生的原因，提出了检修中不易发现的超差问题的调修方法。对提高表卡的检修精度、检修效率具有较高的参考价值。
Through the briefly introducing of the structure and principle of dial gage, this paper analyzes sources of the dial gage errors, points out the reson of show value error caused by wear ＆ tear and non wear ＆ tear, gives out the adjustment method of out - of - tolerance that hardly to find out during overhaul. It has higher reference value for advancing the dial gageg overhaul precision and effction.
