摘要
新一代天气雷达天馈系统发生的故障,多由汇流环和直流电机引起。在日常维护中,如果对汇流环和直流电机进行了充分的清洗和维护,可以有效降低故障次数,及时发现故障隐患并且排除,提高雷达的可用性。对汇流环,应按一定步骤,定时清洁汇流环内粉尘;对直流电机,2个月对电机表面和碳刷内腔清洁一次。
In the CINRAD antenna system, a lot of the faults are caused by the slip ring and DC motor. In the daily maintenance, if the slip ring and DC motor for a full cleaning and maintenance can effectively reduce the number of failures, timely discovery of the hidden faults and exclusion, can in crease the availability of radar. The maintenance of the slip ring, we should follow in order and step by step, regular cleaning dust. The maintenance of the DC motor, we should clean surface of DC motor and carbon brush cavity, once every 2 months.
