摘要
县(市)图书馆实施总分馆制是构建城乡一体化图书馆服务体系的有效途径。靖江市图书馆从本地实际出发,在农村、社区、机关、学校、军营等建立分馆,初步建成了以市图书馆为中心,覆盖全市的图书馆服务体系,摸索出适合本地农村实际的公共文化体系建设的新思路、新模式。
County （city） library implementation of the central--branch library system is an effective way to build the system of urban and rural integrated library services. According to the actual local conditions, Jingjiang City Library established the branch libraries in rural areas, communities, institutions, schools, barracks, initially built the city＇s library service system which is centered in City Library, worked out new ideas and new models of public cultural system building which are suitable for the local rural practice.
