摘要
目前房地产业在销售管理上存在客户数据量大、人工维护客户资源困难、准确率低等问题,本文设计了一种短信平台在房地产销售管理系统中的应用,着重介绍了短信平台各部分的功能,将自动定时发送功能引入到本短信平台中,并能够根据类别编辑短语模板,根据客户类别发送指定类别的短语。实际应用表明该短信平台在房地产销售管理系统中运行有效,短信的准确性和实时性均符合要求。
The current real estate company maintance a large number of customers data and the artifical to maintain the customer resources have many difficuhs and have a low accuracy, according to this,this paper proposes the short message platform implemented in real estate selling management system, emphasilly introduce the function of each part and the automatically send function in this short message platform, according to message category to edit messages templates, and according clients category to send specified category of messages.Through the actual application showed that the short message platform runs well in real estate selling management system, and performances of accuracy and real-time of short message meet the reauirtments.
