摘要
根据齿轮啮合及滚刀设计原理 ,结合铁路内燃机车用牵引齿轮的加工实践 ,介绍了正前角、2 5°压力角凸角磨前齿轮滚刀的结构特征及设计方法。
Combining the basic principles of engagement of gears and hob design with the machining practice of traction gears used in diesel locomotives, the structure characters and design method of the pre grinding hob with positive rake angle, 25° pressure angle and protruding profile are introduced.
