子宫背带式缝合术在治疗剖宫产产后出血中的应用价值 被引量：19

摘要 目的分析子宫背带式缝合术在治疗剖宫产产后出血中的应用,以供临床工作提供参考。方法选择2008年5月至2011年4月在我院行剖宫产后发生产后出血患者56例,随机分为对照组和观察组各28例。对照组患者给予宫腔纱条填塞治疗;观察组患者给予子宫背带式缝合治疗。观察两组患者手术时间、出血量的差异,并比较术后6个月内并发症发生率的差异。结果与对照组比较,观察组手术时间明显较短;术后出血量明显减少,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后随访6个月,观察组术后并发症明显较少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用子宫背带式缝合术治疗剖宫产产后出血可以取得较满意的近远期疗效,值得推广应用。
