摘要
对某公司15MnNbR球罐组焊过程中出现的裂纹从形貌、金相组织、影响因素方面论证了该裂纹是氢致开裂,制定了合理的返修方案,对焊接质量的控制做了有益探讨。
All kinds of cracks during the fabrication of spherical tank were founded. The reasons of cracks during the fabrication of 15MnNbR spherical tank were analyzed from the aspects of shape, metal-graph and influence factors. The result shows that the cracks were hydrogen embitterment cracks. A reasonable repair program was determined. At last some methods of welding quality control are proposed.
