摘要
为了探讨弥漫性轴索损伤 (DAI)病人的护理经验 ,对 112例DAI病人的护理过程进行了回顾性分析。体会到急性期保持呼吸道通畅 ,及时纠正低氧血症 ,降低颅内压 ,有效地控制中枢性高热是提高生存率的关键。后期加强基础护理 ,保障足够的热量摄入有利于DAI病人的康复。在尚无特殊治疗方法的今天 ,护理工作是影响DAI病人预后的重要因素。
In order to discuss question of nursing patients with DAI,112 cases with DAI were analyzed.To keep respiratory tract clear,to correct hypoxia,to lower ICP and to control central high fever all are essential in acute period.For the sake of speed recovery,the patients should be served carafully and supplied sufficient calorie.There is no a special therapy of DAI while it is very important to care for patients with DAI conscientiously.
