摘要
目的 观察中西医结合对视神经炎的治疗效果及其对图形视觉诱发电位的影响。方法 诊断为视神经炎的患者被分为中西医结合治疗组 (31例 )和西药组 (2 0例 )。两组患者分别接受中药联合西药治疗和单独应用西药治疗。在接受治疗的第 1 0d和 2 0d分别进行P -VEP检查并对其资料进行比较。结果 视神经炎患者在接受治疗前P -VEP检查的振幅下降 ,潜时延长。黑 /白 (0 388)和蓝 /青 (0 388)颜色P -VEP改变是大致相同的。红 /洋红颜色P -VEP的振幅明显变低 ,潜时明显延长。P -VEP异常的构成比比色觉检查异常的构成比高 (P <0 0 5 )。治疗后患者P -VEP的振幅升高 ,潜时缩短 ,其中潜时缩短发生的较晚 ,这一变化在黑 /白 (1 5 5 )和红 /洋红 (0 388)P -VEP检查中更为明显 (P <0 0 5 )。治疗 2 0d后两组振幅变化比较差异无显著性 (P>0 0 5 )。结论 中西医结合是治疗视神经炎的有效方法之一。颜色P
OBJECTIVE To investigate effects of traditional Chinese medicine combined western medicine on treatment of optic neuritis and changes of P-VEP during the treatment. METHODS Fifty one patients with optic neuritis were divied into observed group( 31 cases ) treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined western medicine, and control group (20cases)treated with western only. P-EVP tests were performed at 10 days and 20 days respectively after treatment and the data were compared and analyzed. RESULTS Before treatment amplitudes of P-VEP were lowered, and latencies were lengthened. Black/white(0 388) and blue/cyan(0 388)checkerboard P-VEP changed the same, while amplitudes of red/magen(0 388) checkerboard P-VEP were lowered and its latencies were lengthened significantly. The Constituent ratio of abnormal P-VEP was higher than the color vision test( P <0 05). After the treatment amplitudes were raised and latencies decreased. The decreases of latencies happened later than the raise of amplitudes, and it was more evident in black/white(1 55) and red/magen(0 388)checkerboard P-VEP( P <0 05). The different change of amplitudes was not statistic significant between two groups at 20 days after treatment( P >0 05). CONCLUSION Color P-VEP has clinical significance for diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of effect in the patients with optic neuritis. Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine is one of effective methods for treatment of optic neuritis.
