摘要
平衡计分卡、360度评价法和项目变革理论分别在绩效评价领域起到不可忽视的作用,本文运用理论研究和比较分析的方法,对三者进行比较,并通过比较来分析三者在我国政府绩效评价中的适用性,从而利于政府绩效评价方法的选择,促进我国政府绩效评价有效性的提高。
Balanced Score Card, the 360-degree evaluation, and the theory of change play an essential role in the field of performance evaluation. This paper applies the measures of theoretical study, then compares and analyzes the features and applications of the three measures in the performance evaluation, which is valuable to choose proper tools for performance evaluation, according to different situations.
