摘要
为最大程度地发挥军队卫生事业费的保障效益,本文在卫生事业费使用管理调研的基础上,重点关注部队大病医疗统筹和离退休干部医疗保健经费的使用管理现状和存在的问题,提出加强大病统筹经费管理的对策与建议。
To maximize the effectiveness of military health expenses, the article mainly focused on the sta- tus and problems of the usage management of force catastrophic health care co - ordination and the veteran health care funding. Some countermeasures and suggestions to management of catastrophic health care co - ordination funds, especially some thinking of veteran health care funding protection.
