摘要
我国台湾技职教育重视培养学生的就业力,主要措施有:依据办校理念和特色确立校就业力指标;依据教学目标制定系就业力指标并与校就业力指标建立对应关系;建立课程与校、系两级就业力指标的对应关系,并分配每门课程所具备的指标权重。其对大陆高职院校的启示是:要将学生就业力培养纳入学校整体发展战略,结合学校办学风格打造体现本校特色的就业力模块,形成具备一定区分度的学生就业力风格;要将对在校生的就业力培养同教学和课程改革紧密结合起来,通过科学规划、精心设计课程来量化就业力指标,实现知识能力向实践能力的转化;要以更广泛的角度定义就业力,除专业能力外,尤其要重视培养学生的通识能力。
Higher vocational education in Taiwan of China pays attention to cultivate students' employability, and the following measures have been taken: identifying the schools' indicators of employability according to school-running view and characteristics; formulating the departments' indicators according to teaching objectives; estabhshing corresponding relationship between curriculum and indicators. Its enlightenments to the mainland are: integrating the cultivation of employability into the whole development strategy of school; combining the cultivation of employability with teaching and curriculum reform; quantifying the indicators of employability to realize transformation from knowledge abilities to practical abilities; define employability form more broad perspective, and particularly emphasize to cultivate students' general abilities.
