摘要
在煤矿管理中,安全管理责任十分重大,每发生一次安全事故都将给职工和其家庭带来不可弥补的灾难性损失,同时给企业生产经营也带来巨大的冲击和负面影响。因此,在煤矿的安全管理过程中,逐步探索本质安全型管理机制,是摆在管理者面前的长期课题。管理形式要以人为本,要从基础起步。基于这一点,通过以期望理论为先导,创新安全绩效考核,探索安全管理新途径。
In coal mine management, safety management responsibility is very important, for every time safety incidents will not only bring irreparable catastrophic loss to workers and their families, but also have a huge attack and negative impact to the production and operation. Therefore, in the coal mine safety management process,: gradually exploring intrinsically safe mechanism is a long - term subject in front of the managers.
