摘要
结合物流管理综合试点改革专业建设,文章论述了教学体系建设和"双师"结构教学团队建设对创新性应用型人才培养的保障作用,提出了高校教学质量工程改革形势下教学体系设置的原则和教学团队建设的主要对策。
From the perspective of the trials of the comprehensive reform of logistics management, the paper probes into the effect of teaching system and dual - qualified teachers team on the cultivation the application - oriented creative students. The paper also advances some principles of the construction of the teaching system under the teaching quality projectand some countermeasures to construct the teachers team in higher education institutions.
