摘要
在文献回顾的基础上,将企业内部要素技术能力融入到开放式模式对创新绩效影响作用的研究中,探讨了开放式创新、企业技术能力和创新绩效的关系,并提出了假设模型,认为企业技术能力在开放式创新模式和创新绩效之间起中介作用,开放式创新对企业技术能力具有正向促进作用,并直接和间接通过企业技术能力正向影响创新的绩效。以期为实施高绩效的开放式创新活动提供理论指导。
Based on literature review, the paper integrates technological capacity within enterprise internal factors into the study of open innovation mode influence on innovation performance, discusses the relationship between open innovation, enterprise technological capacity and innovation performance. The paper also proposes the hypothetical models which argues that enterprise technological capacity plays an intermediary role between the relationship of open innovation and innovation performance, open innovation has a positive role in promoting enterprise technological capacity, in addition, directly and indirectly through the enterprise technological capability, it positively affects innovation performance. The paper aims at providing theoretical guidance for the implementation of high - performance open innovation activities.
