摘要
目的探讨采用优化的急诊诊疗流程对急诊护理管理质量的影响。方法从我院2011年起将急诊诊疗流程应用到急诊护理管理中,比较2011年与2010年两阶段急诊护理管理质量和患者对我院急诊科室护理工作的满意度。结果经统计学分析,2011年我院急诊护理管理质量明显提高,与2010年比较有显著差异,P<0.05;2011年患者对我院急诊科室护理工作更加满意,与2010年比较有显著差异,P<0.05。结论采用急诊诊疗流程可以提高急诊护理管理质量,具有较大的应用价值。
Objective To explore the optimal emergency treatment process on the quality of emergency nursing management. Methods From2011 of my hospital emergency treatment process will be applied to the management of emergency nursing care in201 land2010, the two phase of the emergency nursing management quality and patients in our hospital emergency nursing work satisfaction. Results The statistical analysis,2011 our hospital emergency nursing management quality was obviously improved, compared with 2010have significant difference, P 〈 0.05;2011 patients in our hospital emergency nursing more satisfied, with com- pared 2010have significant difference, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The emergency treatment process can improve the management of e- mergency nursing care quality, and has great application value.
